Food Practices

A food practice helps you to establish a new relationship with eating. It is not a diet. There are no right or wrong foods, no weighing and measuring, no weekly encounters with the scale. Food practices are structured activities that teach you how to be fully conscious, and full of intention while you eat. Like mind/body practices, the food practices we offer in "WHAT ARE YOU HUNGRY FOR?" are based on the traditional Eastern approach.

We're including both "Practical Practices" from our book, and our food practice articles that have appeared in Yoga Journal Magazine in the "Eating Wisely" column.
